Lead Training Facilitator

About the role

Unitrans is looking for a Lead Training Facilitator to design, deliver and oversee training programmes that enhance safety, compliance and performance across its driver and operator workforce. You will inspire learning, mentor a team of facilitators and ensure training aligns with the company’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve training curricula for drivers and operators.
• Lead, coach and supervise a team of Training Facilitators.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions to meet operational demands.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Ensure all training complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering training within logistics, transportation or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate organisational goals into practical learning solutions.
