Logistician – Project Support in Mozambique

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistician to coordinate logistics, supply chain, procurement and personnel movements for projects operating in Mozambique. The role serves as the main interface between the client and internal teams, translating operational needs into practical logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transport, warehousing, inventory management, procurement and material distribution.
• Manage mobilization and demobilization of personnel, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain inventory control, asset management and logistics reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, health and safety standards and local regulations.
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, contractors and service providers to guarantee uninterrupted operational support.
• Support medical and operational teams by providing facilities, equipment, medicines, supplies and infrastructure on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations support or project management.
• Background in remote, humanitarian, healthcare, energy, mining, infrastructure or similar field environments.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in challenging and dynamic settings.
• Previous experience in Africa or other remote project locations is highly desirable.
