Manager Stakeholder Relations & Communication

About the role

The Manager Stakeholder Relations & Communication leads a team of four specialists to deliver Sasol Mozambique's Corporate Affairs Strategy. The role designs and executes stakeholder engagement, internal and external communication plans, and oversees sponsorships and events to enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, monitoring threats and opportunities for the organisation.
• Lead external communication initiatives, manage digital platforms, and act as editor for publications.
• Coordinate internal communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and HR initiatives.
• Plan and execute sponsorships and events, maintaining branding consistency and stakeholder visibility.
• Lead, coach and manage the performance of the stakeholder relations and communication team.

Required profile

• University Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Public Relations.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in stakeholder relations, corporate communications or public affairs.
