About the role

Antal International is seeking an experienced professional to become a Managing Partner and launch its first office in Mozambique. This entrepreneurial position allows you to build a recruitment business under a globally recognised brand, leveraging Antal’s methodologies, technology, and network.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead a new Antal office in Mozambique.
• Develop and execute a business plan to attract corporate clients and candidates.
• Utilise Antal’s AI‑driven tools and digital platforms to deliver hiring solutions.
• Network with local and international stakeholders to grow the client base.
• Maintain compliance with Antal’s standards and reporting requirements.

• 5–10+ years of experience in a managerial or specialist role.
