About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the country’s biggest brands, developing insight‑driven strategies that align with commercial objectives and executing activities that win in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse brand performance data to generate insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Define goals and objectives that support the brand’s strategic role.
• Implement activity plans that deliver the brand strategy and creative platform.
• Deliver, measure and evaluate market‑winning activities to optimise performance and spend effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate multi‑agency teams, managing projects to ensure activations are on time and on budget.
• Communicate standards to channel and sales teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop deep consumer understanding to create winning brand strategies and plans.
• Identify innovative ideas through a front‑end innovation process and maintain a balanced short‑to‑long‑term pipeline.

Required profile

• Established leadership ability at mid‑senior level with proven project and multidisciplinary team management.
• Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives.
• Strong influencing and consulting skills, able to handle complex situations under pressure.
• Passionate self‑starter with action‑oriented results focus and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal, negotiating and team leadership abilities.
