Key responsibilities

• Analyse data and brand performance to generate insights and identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement insight‑based brand strategies integrated with commercial plans.
• Create and execute activity plans that deliver on brand objectives and creative platforms.
• Lead multi‑agency teams, manage projects and ensure activation is on time and on budget.
• Communicate activity standards to channel and sales teams and drive stakeholder excitement.
• Build deep consumer understanding to shape winning brand positioning and marketing mix.
• Identify innovative ideas through front‑end innovation processes and maintain a balanced pipeline.
• Influence cross‑functional relationships across the zone to ensure alignment and execution.

Required profile

• Established leadership ability at mid/senior level with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of launching innovation initiatives and delivering brand growth.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder‑consulting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
