Marketing Manager

About the role

The key purpose of this role is to lead the biggest brands in the country by developing insight‑based brand strategies integrated with commercial plans, and to execute brand activities that win in the market. You will shape brand positioning, analyse performance data and drive growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse brand performance data to generate insights and identify opportunities.
• Set goals and objectives aligned with brand strategy.
• Implement activity plans that deliver on the creative platform and brand objectives.
• Measure, evaluate and optimise marketing spend effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate multi‑agency teams to deliver on‑time, on‑budget activations.
• Communicate execution standards clearly to channel and sales partners.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, generating excitement for brand initiatives.
• Develop deep consumer understanding to craft winning brand strategies.
• Drive execution of brand plans to achieve growth targets.
• Identify innovative ideas through front‑end innovation processes and maintain a balanced pipeline.

Required profile

• Established leadership ability at mid to senior level.
• Proven experience managing projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives.
• Strong influencing and consulting skills.
• Ability to handle complex situations under pressure.
• Passionate self‑starter with action‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication and at least 5 years relevant experience.
