MRV and Feasibility Studies Coordinator

About the role

BURN is seeking a Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) and Feasibility Studies Coordinator to lead field data collection activities in Mozambique. You will organise surveys, train enumerators and ensure high‑quality data flows that support commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Set up surveys on data‑collection platforms such as Kobo and Enketo.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to field enumerators and coordinators.
• Recruit, train and manage multiple field teams across different locations.
• Own data pipelines, perform quality control and guarantee timely delivery of reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal functions to provide actionable insights on optimal distribution sites.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience leading field teams in data collection or sales environments.
• Strong command of English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Mozambique.
• Proven ability to monitor and evaluate field data collection processes.
