职位概况
负责全流程推动新业务的立项、策划、落地与成长，帮助客户实现业务突破，同时发掘并启动公司自有项目。
主要职责
- 与客户紧密合作，支持其新业务的全链条推进。
- 挖掘客户业务与公司项目的协同机会，提出并落地自有业务创意。
- 从商业模式设计、产品/服务研发到客户拓展、联盟并购、组织搭建全程负责。
任职要求
- 有志于通过新业务打造个人CxO能力。
- 能够在高度不确定的环境中保持主动，具备坚持不懈的韧性。
- 乐于在实践中学习、快速迭代，敢于面对并克服多重挑战。
必备技能
- 业务立项与策划能力。
- 项目推进与跨部门协作能力。
