Packaging Process Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Packaging Process Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for running the packaging line during your shift, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency while following AB InBev’s VPO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and implement the shift production plan.
• Perform quality analyses and guarantee productivity targets are met.
• Manage waste and by‑products generated during the shift.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Use escalation procedures to reduce reaction time.
• Execute VPO implementation plans (OWS, Team Rooms, 5S, etc.).
• Meet or exceed shift targets and ensure timely execution of actions.
• Apply problem‑solving and decision‑making techniques.
• Discuss development plans, training needs, and performance with the supervisor.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Acceptable level of English.
• Efficient, communicative, dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Secondary education in mechanics, electronics or electricity (higher education is a plus).
