Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will support the Project Manager and QHSE Coordinator in planning and implementing the project quality management system, ensuring compliance with company and client quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing quality assurance activities within the project.
• Coordinate project quality activities under the supervision of the QHSE Coordinator and Project Manager.
• Ensure strict compliance with company and client quality management systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Quality Management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Quality Management Systems in the Oil & Gas sector or similar heavy‑industry facilities.
• Experience with QA/QC, quality audits, inspections, NCRs, corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant Oil & Gas quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong command of written and spoken English.
• Mozambican nationality and residence in the job location.
