Quality Engineer (M/F) – Project Quality Management

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Project Manager and QHSE Coordinator in planning and implementing the Project Quality Management System. The role involves ensuring strict compliance with company and client quality standards on site.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and QHSE Coordinator in PQMS activities.
• Plan and implement quality assurance activities within the project.
• Coordinate project quality activities under supervision.
• Ensure strict compliance with company and client quality management systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Quality Management.
• 3‑5 years of experience with Quality Management Systems in the oil & gas sector or similar heavy‑industry environments.
• Mozambican nationality and based in the job location.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant oil & gas quality standards.
• Experience with quality audits, inspections, NCRs, corrective actions and quality documentation.
