Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Analyst

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Analyst to protect company revenues by identifying, analysing, and mitigating revenue leakages across all products and services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end revenue integrity and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous enhancement of Revenue Assurance controls across all products and services.
• Identify, quantify and resolve revenue leakages, ensuring timely recovery and corrective actions.
• Perform proactive data analysis, reconciliations and control assessments to detect revenue risks.
• Oversee Revenue Assurance reporting, KPI tracking and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, CBU, EBU and CVM stakeholders to strengthen controls and support new product launches.
• Demonstrate sustained reduction of losses and successful recovery of impacted revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management or Risk Management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong analytical and investigative capability with a proven track record of identifying and resolving revenue leakages.
• In‑depth knowledge of Revenue Assurance frameworks and the full revenue lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of telecom systems and processes such as billing, mediation, provisioning and network operations.
