Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work from our Beira office, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Coordinator. The role focuses on generating revenue, expanding the customer base, and supporting marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by growing the customer database and increasing market share.
• Develop relationships with new customers and support collaborative sales efforts.
• Prepare sales presentations, manage quotations, and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Support tender processes and coordinate with regional and local teams to identify sales opportunities.
• Engage with local markets to monitor trends, attend exhibitions, and assist with marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Technical Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
