Sales Manager, Carrier Business

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Carrier Business unit. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with carrier partners, acquiring wholesale capacity opportunities, and delivering competitive solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with carrier partners, respond to RFPs and negotiate deals.
• Identify and acquire wholesale capacity opportunities and present feasible solutions.
• Explore new product opportunities and network with target clients to promote CMI’s services.
• Act as the primary contact for carrier partners and organize commercial events and interactions.
• Conduct regular market research and contribute pricing intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to position products and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage contracts with partners and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the telecom industry, specifically in carrier or wholesale markets.
• Strong ability to understand technical products and their commercial aspects.
• Proven account management and sales skills, both hunting and farming.
• Result‑oriented with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
