Service Leader – Subsea Safety Systems

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Leader to oversee Subsea Safety Systems (SSS) on smaller locations or projects. The role combines service coordination with specialist responsibilities, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform selected functions of a PDC or Service Coordinator under broad direction.
• Act as Service Specialist for Subsea Safety Systems on projects not requiring a full‑time coordinator.
• Mentor, train, and assess junior SSS personnel and other service staff.
• Interact with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Supervise completions service and shop personnel, potentially across multiple Product Service Lines.
• Ensure compliance with Halliburton Management System (HMS) and all HSE regulations.
• Collect and review customer satisfaction and job performance data, and plan future work activities.
• Promote safety awareness, environmental responsibility, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferred).
• IADC Well certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Specialist III, including field operations and management.
