About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate personnel across multiple client sites in Matola, ensuring operational efficiency, high service delivery, and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role focuses on maximizing profitability through effective supervision of technical equipment, managing commercial relationships, and enforcing safety standards.

Required profile

Grade 12/N3 education.
Supervisory or management training.
Risk assessment training (A2).
Legal liability training (MHSA).
Minimum 2 years management experience in a technical environment.
Minimum 3 years experience supervising technical equipment.
Experience in commercial or customer relations.
Exposure to customer safety and MHSA compliance.
