Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end content process—from strategy and production to publishing and community engagement—across all major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture an active community.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trending formats and viral audio to keep content fresh.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and managed accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken English, storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, stable power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and a high‑performance laptop.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
• Ability to create and edit graphics for social media posts.
