Software Engineer Annotator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer Annotator to join our remote team. In this role you will evaluate, label, and improve software engineering datasets that power AI and large language model training.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and review code datasets used for AI model training, focusing on correctness, efficiency, readability, and security.
• Label tasks such as code completion, debugging, refactoring, and optimization.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance and ensure adherence to annotation guidelines.
• Collaborate with AI trainers, reviewers, and data teams to maintain high‑quality datasets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with data annotation, AI training pipelines, or code review processes.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and the software development lifecycle.
