Solar Plant SCADA Operator

About the role

CrossBoundary Energy is seeking a SCADA Operator to monitor and control a solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant. The role focuses on real‑time performance monitoring, fault diagnosis, and ensuring reliable plant operation in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of the PV solar plant and associated equipment.
• Support scheduled preventive maintenance following OEM guidelines and company standards.
• Troubleshoot alarms, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Track system availability, performance KPIs, and downtime; escalate major issues to the Plant Manager.
• Maintain accurate data logs and participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements and reliability enhancements.
