Supply Chain Intern

About the role

The Supply Chain Intern will support various areas within the Supply Chain organization, gaining hands‑on experience in procurement, materials management, logistics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, contract implementation, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Participate in demand planning, inventory management, and materials coordination activities.
• Support resource allocation and coordination processes to meet operational requirements.
• Assist with transport requests, shipment tracking, and logistics execution to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor shipment movements and support import/export documentation and system updates.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support supply chain operations and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field; fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts to operational challenges.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment with high adaptability and learning agility.
• Proficiency in English with strong written, verbal, and reading abilities.
