Territory Manager – Nampula

About the role

The Territory Manager will implement and execute the company’s strategy in the Nampula province, ensuring that Vodafone’s products and services are widely available across all retail and M‑Pay channels. This role focuses on driving market share, revenue growth, and brand visibility while coordinating field activities and supporting local distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control all field activities, ensuring retail stores have necessary materials and are fully operational.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CVM, Retail Operations, and Terminals to provide commercial feedback and reports.
• Develop and negotiate sales plans with dealers, sub‑dealers, street vendors, and electronic channels to increase GA, market share, and revenue.
• Train and manage the M‑Pay agent network, overseeing float management to ensure compliance and positive customer experience.
• Ensure brand and marketing materials are available and in good condition at all touch points, and coordinate marketing events with the Cluster Supervisor.
• Monitor Retail KPIs, support dealers in achieving business goals, conduct regular visits, and provide performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience and knowledge of telecom services applied in a customer‑focused manner.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and empathy for customer interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and leadership capabilities, including task delegation.
