Tourism Executive

About the role

Blueberry Travel Mozambique is seeking a dynamic Tourism Executive to join its team in Maputo. The role focuses on creating and promoting travel experiences for both local and international clients, handling all aspects of travel planning and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa applications and required documentation.
• Design, market and sell tourism packages for various destinations.
• Provide travel advice and itinerary planning.
• Coordinate hotel reservations, transfers and other travel‑related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and ensure high‑quality service.
• Promote Blueberry Travel’s tourism products and services.

Required profile

• Experience in tourism, travel consulting or visa assistance is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
