Country DOPs Manager – Expansion

About the role

We are hiring a Country DOPs Manager – Expansion to lead driver operations and support market growth across new and existing cities in Mozambique. The role owns end‑to‑end driver acquisition, onboarding, field execution and operational performance management, working closely with local teams, agents and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local driver operations: recruitment, onboarding, activation and performance tracking.
• Manage field execution: hire, train and coordinate local agents, guards and freelance recruiters.
• Monitor driver metrics such as MR, Done Rate, Active/New Drivers and identify improvement areas.
• Run daily operational processes including incentives, payouts, recruitment flows, guard program and agency coordination.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and maintain operational dashboards.
• Communicate with drivers via groups and CRM campaigns, collecting field feedback to inform launch and scaling decisions.
• Support city launches and scaling across multiple cities or regions while ensuring compliance with data protection standards.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of operations experience in ride‑hailing, logistics, delivery or similar fast‑paced industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of operational KPIs.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English.
