Digital Learning Coach – 5 Open Positions

About the role

The Digital Learning Coach will support the implementation of a UNICEF‑funded digital learning programme across four provinces of Mozambique. Working directly with schools, multi‑purpose centres and e‑learning hubs, you will help teachers integrate the Learning Passport and Maza platforms to improve learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site coaching and classroom observations to support teachers in blended digital learning.
• Provide data‑driven feedback and ensure programme activities are implemented with fidelity.
• Adapt digital learning interventions to local contexts while aligning with national education priorities.
• Facilitate the integration of Learning Passport and Maza into daily teaching practice.
• Monitor learner engagement, retention and transition pathways.

Required profile

• Frontline technical role with experience in education or digital learning environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Pemba, Nampula, Gaza and Maputo provinces.
• Commitment to a 12‑month full‑time contract.
