Operations Supervisor (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team in a terminal/depot environment, ensuring that products are dispatched efficiently by rail, road and pipeline. The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, maintaining operational efficiency and guaranteeing timely deliveries to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan and coordinate operational activities within the assigned division.
• Motivate and supervise a team of employees to achieve operational goals.
• Manage dispatch processes across rail, road and pipeline channels.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Maintain communication with customers to confirm delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising operational teams in a logistics or transport setting.
• Strong understanding of terminal or depot operations and multi‑modal dispatch.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
