Project Gardener – Yard Maintenance & Landscaping

About the role

The Project Gardener will maintain a clean, safe and attractive outdoor environment for Alistair Group’s facilities. Working on‑site, you will be responsible for landscaping, waste management and supporting the cleaning team to ensure the yard and surrounding areas meet the company’s high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the yard tidy, free from litter, pollutants and debris.
• Empty trash cans and ashtrays, ensuring proper disposal according to the waste‑management plan.
• Assist the cleaning staff with any additional tasks as required.
• Trim grass, bushes and trees to maintain a neat appearance.
• Participate in toolbox talks and follow risk‑assessment procedures with the HSSEQ officer.
• Maintain gardening tools and equipment in clean, stored and serviceable condition.
• Ensure walkways, parking lots and other areas around the office remain clean and safe.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

• Demonstrated responsibility and reliability.
• Commitment to health, safety, security and environmental (HSSEQ) standards.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision and collaborate with the cleaning team.
