Project Manager, Corporate Strategy & Integration

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and integration projects that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. The role blends strategic thinking, cross‑functional leadership, and change‑management expertise to deliver complex, enterprise‑wide programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact corporate strategy projects aligned with organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee system, process, and organizational integrations (HR, Finance, Technology) following mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and maintain transparency.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans to minimize disruption and foster adoption across impacted teams.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and manage inter‑project dependencies.
• Provide clear status updates, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in corporate strategy execution and post‑merger integration.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to connect project objectives to corporate strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Familiarity with ERP/HRIS platforms, e.g., Workday and SAGE.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
