Warehouse Manager (m/f)

About the role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory flow, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role coordinates material requisitions, space allocation, and human resources within the warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Coordinate inventory processes, track inputs and outputs, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare material requisitions for purchases and supplies of auto parts.
• Organise warehouse space, allocate received materials, and optimise stock placement.
• Ensure quality control of all materials unloaded into the warehouse.
• Supervise and manage the warehouse team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Mandatory education or equivalent technical course (preferential).
• Knowledge of stock management, health and safety standards, and warehouse logistics.
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP tools.
• Preferential knowledge of the English language.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with rigor, reliability, planning and organisational abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to travel as needed.
