About the role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is seeking a Country Lead for Talent & Learning to join its People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Director, this senior position will shape talent and learning strategies across the assigned country.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of talent management initiatives.
- Oversee learning and development programs to build capabilities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with commercial goals.
- Monitor and report on talent metrics and learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in talent or learning functions.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices within a large, multi‑country organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
