HR Business Partner I

About the role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner I to join our team in Maputo. The role supports a business unit by translating data into actionable HR solutions, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and fostering a high‑performance culture within one of the world’s leading energy service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret business data and deliver regional or global HR services under broad direction.
• Consult with local leaders on HR reporting, data interpretation, and alignment of HR metrics with business metrics.
• Coach and counsel managers on people‑management practices and the impact of business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and Service Centers to design and implement effective HR solutions for regional or global challenges.
• Analyze HR and business trends, providing feedback to COEs, HR Service Centers, and business leaders.
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and timely resolution of employee‑relations issues.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant HR experience; a master’s degree and professional HR certification are preferred.
