Senior Site Communications Coordinator (M/F)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Communications Coordinator to lead the development and execution of communication strategies at our oil & energy site. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager and the Communications & Public Affairs Director, you will act as the key liaison between the site and corporate headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor site‑level communication plans.
• Provide guidance to accounts management, tools production, editorial teams and public‑relations colleagues.
• Coordinate with site departments for events, openings and other activities.
• Manage and organise all brand material present on site.
• Prepare bi‑weekly and monthly activity reports for internal stakeholders.
• Inform headquarters of site communication needs and priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Sociology or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in communications, preferably in the private sector or oil & gas industry.
• Strong ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a journalistic style.
• Good understanding of the oil & gas sector and current industry trends.
• Diplomatic interpersonal skills and the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Residence in the local area is an advantage.
