Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the management and smooth daily operation of the resort's F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of guest service, food safety, hygiene, presentation and operational efficiency in line with Anantara brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned food & beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor guest service, address requests and complaints, and coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, front office and other departments.
• Allocate duties, conduct shift briefings, coach team members and support onboarding and training.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory control and cost‑control practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service operations and food safety standards.
