The Minor Hotels is hiring an Assistant Executive Housekeeper for Avani Pemba Beach Hotel & Spa. At Avani, the focus is on balancing design, service and local culture to create vibrant social spaces and stylish rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Help the Executive Housekeeper plan manpower requirements to achieve efficient labor usage, considering business needs and seasonal trends.
• Prepare yearly budgets for housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with the management of the entire housekeeping and laundry function of the hotel.
• Conduct routine inspections of all housekeeping areas together with other supervisory personnel.
• Ensure that all public, guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas are properly cleaned at all times.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to.
• Ensure that all staff are aware of and follow departmental SOPs and LSOPs.
