Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The role involves ensuring smooth programme implementation through contract monitoring, financial reporting assistance and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver administrative, operational and logistical assistance for programme activities.
• Monitor contracts and activities, and support the preparation of financial reports.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events.
• Coordinate project‑related tasks and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, with experience in Africa considered an asset.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
