Africa Finance Development Programme

About the role

The Africa Finance Programme is a 12‑month, full‑time development journey for high‑potential finance professionals. You will rotate across key finance functions, work on real business challenges, and receive mentorship from senior leaders while gaining exposure to diverse African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a corporate onboarding phase to understand Olam Agri’s business model, performance management and risk framework.
• Rotate through Finance Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Controlling, Treasury and Risk Management, delivering real‑world projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior finance leaders to solve business problems.
• Take on a dedicated finance role with clear performance objectives in the final phase.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, FMVA, DFCE, ICAN or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in finance, audit or consulting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French or Portuguese) are a plus.
• Willingness to work across Africa, including remote locations.
