About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate for its Audit Industry & Services practice. In this role you will work with leading organisations, helping them navigate complex business challenges and seize growth opportunities through high‑quality audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in client management and report directly to managers or directors.
• Lead and train audit teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the technical development of the team and keep them motivated.
• Stay informed on local and national economic and business trends.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, preparing proposals for clients.
• Promote the PwC brand and foster internal relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in audit or assurance.
• Fluent English (mandatory) with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, rigorous and methodical approach.
• Interpersonal skills, empathy and results‑driven mindset.
