Camp Coordinator (m/f)

About the role

The Camp Coordinator reports to the Camp Manager and Site Services Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily camp operations, ensuring accommodation, catering, housekeeping, recreational facilities and support services meet company standards and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day camp activities, including accommodation allocation, occupancy records, POB reporting and office allocations.
• Manage reception processes, visitor registration, room assignments and maintain accurate POB records.
• Coordinate travel logistics, flight bookings, airport transfers and personnel movement planning.
• Oversee catering operations, menu compliance, food quality, hygiene standards and contractual SOW requirements.
• Monitor and maintain recreational facilities, conduct inspections, inventory audits and ensure safe, clean environments.
• Arrange VIP visits, ensuring accommodation readiness, transportation, PPE issuance and return.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver allocations, airstrip transportation and site office transport schedules.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on camp occupancy, catering performance, visitor management and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Certification in Hotel or Catering Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operation and camp management at supervisor or superintendent level.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Portuguese or French fluency is advantageous.
• General knowledge of the oil and gas industry and understanding of safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Living in the local area is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hotel/Catering management certification.
• Experience with accommodation allocation, occupancy tracking and POB reporting.
• Travel and logistics coordination, including flight and ground transport planning.
• Recreational facility inspection and inventory management.
• Strong HSE awareness and safety leadership.
