Cluster Supervisor – Manica

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Cluster Supervisor to lead M‑Pay and GSM field activities in the Manica region. You will coordinate sales representatives, agents and stores, ensuring stock availability, achieving targets and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Cluster Sales Representatives, conduct 1‑on‑1 meetings and monitor performance.
• Plan and coordinate daily visits of sales agents, M‑Pay agents and retail stores.
• Collect market insights, propose solutions and report to the Territory Manager.
• Manage stock distribution, device allocations, starter packs and float for the cluster.
• Oversee trade‑marketing activations, branding, merchandising and presence assets.
• Engage with radio partners and digital channels to promote Vodafone products.
• Ensure all tools, materials and equipment are available and operational.
• Resolve operational issues in line with service level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in telecom services and field sales coordination.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
