Cluster Supervisor – Niassa-Cuamba

About the role

The Cluster Supervisor will lead and coordinate all M-Pesa and GSM field activities in the Niassa-Cuamba region. You will support field teams with resources, training, and stock management to ensure targets are met and the cluster model delivers expected results.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Cluster Sales Representatives, conduct 1‑on‑1s, and manage call and face‑to‑face reporting.
• Coordinate daily visits of Sales Volunteers, M‑Pay agents, and stores.
• Collect market insights, propose solutions, and report to the Territory Manager.
• Plan and execute market attacks, including sales stand setup and product awareness.
• Manage device allocation, reallocation, and post‑sales reconciliation.
• Monitor activity of KickSides, Sales Volunteers, and M‑Pay agents.
• Recruit new Sales Volunteers and M‑Pay agents.
• Resolve operational issues within SLA limits and ensure availability of tools, starter packs, and float.
• Validate agent requests such as SIM swaps and manage stock distribution.
• Engage with radio partners and propose brand promotion ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience and knowledge of telecom services applied in a customer‑focused manner.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Empathy and active listening skills for effective customer interaction.

Required skills

• Knowledge of M‑Pay (M‑Pesa) platform.
• Understanding of GSM network operations.
• Experience with stock and device management.
