Country General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Country General Manager to lead iColo’s operations in the assigned market, driving growth, profitability and strategic alignment with the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for iColo country operations.
• Own and manage the business P&L and operational efficiency.
• Lead execution of growth strategy and expansion objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, operational excellence and profitability.
• Ensure alignment between local priorities and Digital Realty/iColo strategy.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration across all departments.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, regulators and shareholders.
• Lead people management, succession planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor risk, governance, compliance and operational controls.
• Represent iColo externally in the market and promote employee engagement and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, finance, technology, commerce or a related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior executive, country leadership, business unit or general management role.
• Proven P&L management experience.
• Track record of driving business growth and operational performance.
• Experience engaging senior customers, regulators and executive stakeholders.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
