Graduate Programme – Operations & Business Excellence

About the role

Join Afrox’s Graduate Programme in Maputo and work on operational excellence initiatives across the business. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive improvement projects and develop strong leadership capabilities under the guidance of a senior business leader.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead projects with a focus on results delivery, business acumen and financial modelling.
• Work with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient business objectives.
• Develop leadership skills to influence change and support a shared vision of success.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, quality control and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong academic performance.
• Work experience is not mandatory; 1‑2 years of experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
