About the role

The Afrox Graduate Programme offers recent graduates the opportunity to develop expertise in operational excellence, continuous improvement and business innovation within the industrial gases sector. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real‑world projects that drive efficiency and value for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead project workstreams, focusing on results delivery and financial modelling.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop leadership capabilities to influence change and support a shared vision of success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards, quality control and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong academic performance; work experience is not mandatory but 1‑2 years is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
