Quality Control Specialist – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Supply Chain team, supporting the mailroom, warehouse and distribution operations across multiple hospital campuses in Oklahoma and Kansas. The role is PRN (as‑needed) and focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring safety compliance and keeping the warehouse organized.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for tracking inventory requisitions, including restock and departmental orders.
• Check‑in major stock orders and verify quantities against purchase documents.
• Maintain warehouse organization by monitoring shelf locations, product placement and routine cleaning.
• Ensure fire extinguishers and other safety equipment meet OSHA, HFAP and local fire department inspection standards.
• Support mailroom and courier activities to provide excellent customer service across all sites.

Required profile

• Experience working in a warehouse, inventory control or supply‑chain environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HFAP safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams.
