Sales Development Representative

About the role

2iBi software is recruiting two Sales Development Representatives to be based in Maputo, Mozambique. The company helps businesses in Mozambique run better with Cegid Primavera ERP and Reqwest, and its client base is growing. The role involves opening doors with new companies across Mozambique.

Key responsibilities

• Research Mozambican companies and find the right decision-makers
• Reach them by phone, email and LinkedIn and spark their interest
• Qualify their needs and book diagnostic meetings for the sales team
• Keep every activity up to date in the CRM (Pipedrive)
• Share what you hear from the market so the message can be improved

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese; French is a plus
• Confidence on the phone and resilience when hearing "no"
• Strong organisation: planning the day, tracking numbers and following through
• On-site availability at the Maputo office and ability to start in November 2026

Required skills

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, call centre or B2B customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP, accounting or business software is a plus
