Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

SGS Mozambique is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to join its team in Nacala. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will help drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and promoting SGS’s testing, inspection and certification services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, preparing quotations and following up on leads.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Update the sales pipeline weekly and support the tender process.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to uncover sales opportunities.
• Participate in market analysis, attend exhibitions and assist with promotional activities.
• Prepare sales presentations and track sales trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Technical Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
