Site Service Manager

About the role

This 12‑month position is a technical leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to manage site services for an energy/infrastructure project in Afungi, Mozambique. The role focuses on coordinating daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency in a challenging project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all site service operations to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Develop and implement process improvements that increase service efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless site management.
• Maintain compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
• Facilitate resource allocation, maintenance scheduling, and logistics support for ongoing site activities.

Required profile

• Technical background in site services, engineering, or project management (degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Proven track record of leading site service teams in a technical or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety, maintenance, and operational best practices.
