Treasury Back Office Officer

About the role

The Treasury Back Office Officer supports the Markets and Treasury businesses by delivering accurate, timely post‑trade services across Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities and Equities. The role ensures that all settlement and processing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and the broader governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Execute post‑trade services for Markets and Treasury trading, covering principal and agency transactions.
• Maintain operational risk controls and ensure adherence to regulatory reporting obligations.
• Support both in‑country and regional Treasury operations, aligning with strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in trade settlement and processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve post‑trade processes.

Required profile

• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required).
