Catering & Cooking Roles – Executive Chef, Manager, Cook, Helper

About the role

Newrest Mozambique is expanding its kitchen and catering teams and is looking for motivated professionals to fill several positions, including Executive Chef, Catering Manager, Cook and Kitchen Helper. You will join a fast‑growing, international company that serves millions of meals daily across a variety of sectors such as airline, rail, airport and motorway concessions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the production of high‑quality meals in a multi‑site environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
• Manage kitchen staff, schedules and inventory according to operational needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a kitchen, cooking or catering setting.
• Ability to work in a multi‑site environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is strongly recommended.
