Collection Manager – Two-Wheeler Loans (Soft BKT)

About the role

The Collection Manager will oversee the soft BKT portfolio for two‑wheeler loans, allocating work to vendors, managing agency performance and ensuring timely resolution of collection and repossession cases.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate portfolio to vendors based on performance trends and field officer availability.
• Review cases with field officers and team leads, assigning work according to disposition codes.
• Coordinate with agency resources for call planning and resolve difficult cases.
• Manage receipt book and repo kit allocation, conduct periodic audits.
• Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days and handle approvals for repo cases.
• Address collection and repo related customer service escalations.
• Work with legal team to initiate actions against chronic defaulters.
• Monitor BKT resolution, flow rates, and remove non‑performing field officers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of collection experience in automotive products (LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV).
• Experience managing collection agencies.
• Excellent data management skills.
• Individual performer with ability to recruit and train fresh teams.
